Cesar and Chris B. Did a fantastic job! The electrical panel they replaced is neatly put together (wires arranged cleanly) and very clearly labeled. The work area is clean and left as they found it. They had to drill holes into the brick walls for the 240v line. One of the holes needed to be drilled at a weird angle but that dis not pose a problem to them. And they walked me through their work at the end and answered all my questions. Overall a very professional job and very personable even on a very hot day.

Chris B. did an amazing job updating my panel, added a surge protector to the panel and also added a new sub panel. He was very thorough in all his work and took his time to make sure everything was perfect. I also had Chris switch out some old outlets with new ones in my kitchen. He switched an outlet on my screen porch to gfci. Chris went above and beyond. I would highly recommend!

Sam did an outstanding job and inspection at my home today. He explained everything thoroughly to me in a way I could understand and took a lot of time explaining what he was doing and how it worked. He installed a home surge protector and updated my outlet in the laundry room. He is very professional and skilled and if I ever need any other electrical work I would be sure to call your company. Additionally, he was very punctual and polite and thorough and it was truly a pleasure to have him work in my home.

The power to part of my home and front porch went out. Because I have an older building, I researched electricians who specialize in older properties. I called three companies, and Arnold Electric was the first company available to come out in person. John was amazing. Something about his demeanor made me feel comfortable hiring the company. The appointment for the project was scheduled for about a month out, but included an issue that needed more immediate attention, to me. John let the office know that if anyone became available to address the more immediate concern before my appointment, they should reach out to me. That said, Raul and Santi were dispatched to my home. They were very friendly and thorough. They made sure my more immediate concerns were addressed before they left. My front porch had been dark for a few days, and they did what was necessary to safely restore power. While I can't say Arnold Electric is the least expensive company I contacted, I most certainly feel that their responsiveness, customer service, knowledge and expertise so far make their prices worth it for a long term peace of mind.

We had two major projects for my home with Arnold Electric. One replacing and upgrading my main box and two rewiring my entire house to remove cloth wiring. Both projects were performed smoothly and professionally. The rewiring project was worked on by Carlos and his team: Yaro, Jonny, Chris, Mario, and Santi. First thing is they finished at the estimated time and price which is huge given the scale of the project. They were also dog lovers and quickly became friends with our two dogs to help make a three day process much less stressful. One of the best things they did was constantly clean up after themselves which not all services I’ve had at my house have done so. They were all very courteous at answering any questions I had and spoke to me in layman’s terms so I can understand the process and the problems my system had while they were working. I was also in constant contact with Jon before, during, and after to work out scheduling and any additional questions I had. I really appreciated his time and patience with me through this process. I highly recommend Arnold Electric for any electrical needs for your home and I will be using them in the future if any other issues or addi
